- IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
