2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Mexican States (México). We are continuously evaluating expansion to other regions. Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and includes all necessary details (street, number, neighborhood, city, state, and postal code). We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Oaxaca, México) after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. This processing time includes order preparation, packing, and handover to our shipping carrier.
During high-volume sale periods (e.g., holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays via email.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
- Standard Shipping (Nacional): Delivers within 5-10 business days after shipment from our warehouse. This is our most economical option.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 3-5 business days after shipment. Higher shipping rates apply.
Please Note: The estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance (for future international shipping), weather events, or incorrect address information.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- The shipping destination.
- The selected shipping method (Standard or Expedited).
- The total weight and dimensions of your order (package size).

- Package Acceptance: By placing an order, you authorize the delivery of your package to the address you provided. If an authorized recipient at the shipping address accepts the delivery, the order is considered delivered and our responsibility ends.
- Failed Delivery/Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts, unclaimed at pickup point), we will contact you. We may charge additional fees for reshipping the order. If reshipping is not arranged within a reasonable timeframe, a refund for the merchandise (minus original and return shipping costs) will be issued upon receipt of the returned package.
8. Shipping Damage, Loss, or Incorrect Items

Currently, we only ship within México. This section is included for future reference.
If and when we offer international shipping:
- Customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- We will clearly mark the package’s contents and value for customs declarations. Delays in customs are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs.
